Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company, in their search for a Panel Wirer to be based from their head office in Whitland, Pembrokeshire What our client is offering for the successful Panel Wirer: £32,000 to £37,000 depending on experience

Working hours:

8 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday Ongoing training & development in panel wiring & automation work Permanent position Overtime opportunities paid at time/half after standard hours in the week & Saturday and double/time on Sundays Company pension scheme. Ongoing training and development. Career progression opportunities. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Role
- Panel Wirer
- Working in their workshop, completing panel building work initially Working from drawings & electrical schematics Marking out control panel component mounting plates to the layout drawings Fitting components with suitable fixtures Determine suitable wire types and sizes Using hand & power tools Completing basic automation work (repeats/ building HMI building) What our client is looking for in the successful Panel Wirer
- Minimum of NVQ/City & Guilds level 2 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - ESSENTIAL Full driver's licence Previous experience of industrial electrical engineering work - BENEFICIAL Previous experience of LV/MV panel wiring/ building - BENEFICIAL Able to read electrical schematics & engineering drawings Ability to learn while on the job Willingness to complete tasks outside of the designated role Key Skills or Similar Job Titles:
