Location: Leicester Forest East
Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Painter to join a subcontract team covering Leicestershire and surrounding areas for social housing maintenance. The role focuses on planned maintenance, responsive repairs, and void refurbishments within social housing.
You will perform interior painting in occupied and void properties, prepare surfaces, and apply multiple coatings while traveling between properties. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
