- Up to £38,000 Exciting opportunity to work In House / Client Direct Company in Richmond . My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in an iconic & beautiful heritage site in the Borough of Richmond. The successful candidates will be plumbing / mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £38,000, further training and career progression. Duties LTHW plant Heating systems and controls Calorifiers ad Hot Water systems Mains Cold Water systems Environmental computer-controlled systems (BMS) Water softening plant RO plant Pumping systems Plumbing maintenance and installation Borehole systems Hours of work Monday to Friday
- Week 1 08:00 - 16:00, Week 2 09:00 - 17:00.
