Are you an experienced Plasterer?
Regional Recruitmentare recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a professional and growing construction team. This is a long-term, full-time position based in Leicester, starting immediately. We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team, delivering high-quality plastering work while maintaining excellent standards of safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience working as a Plasterer
- Good knowledge of plastering techniques, preparation, and finishing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- CSCS card
- Relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering
- Relevant site safety qualifications
- Carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and associated finishing works to a high standard
- Prepare surfaces correctly before plastering, including filling, priming, and making good
- Work safely and take all necessary precautions to prevent danger and avoid injury
- Liaise with supervisors regarding work schedules and daily activities
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other trades on site
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and complete work within agreed timescales
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure finished areas are clean and ready for use
- Keep tools, equipment, and working areas clean, safe, and organised
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with different tasks when required
- Work effectively alongside other trades to support the smooth running of projects
- Report any issues, defects, or additional requirements to the relevant supervisor
- Be willing to work additional or unsocial hours when required
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company
As a Plasterer
, you will also be expected to:
- Complete any required paperwork accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Follow company procedures, site rules, and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a professional approach and represent the company positively on site

- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation
- Co-operate fully with the company and colleagues to ensure statutory and safety requirements are always met
