Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
North build Recruitment is seeking a Gateman/Banksman for a New Build Housing site in Leicester (LE3). You will manage site access, banking of plant and traffic, and maintain welfare areas during the shift.
Requirements include a CSCS card, Banksman/Traffic Marshall Certificate, right to work in the UK, and a checkable work reference. Contract is short-term (3–4 weeks) with 07:30–16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, at £17.50 per hour.
