IQVIA is partnering with a leading company in biosimilar medicines to hire a Commercial Excellence Manager to support their European operations.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics, and performance optimisation, where you will help shape and deliver initiatives that drive sales effectiveness and business growth across multiple EU markets.
You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, using data‑driven insights to influence decision‑making and improve commercial outcomes.
Location: Delft, Netherlands (Onsite 4 days/week)
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales performance and productivity analysis, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Support strategic decision‑making across Sales and Marketing functions
- Own and develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyse field force KPIs, identifying performance drivers and opportunities
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to optimise business performance
- Enhance and support forecasting processes (commercial and supply chain)
- Partner with country teams to improve sales effectiveness and tool adoption
- Ensure high standards of data governance, compliance, and GDPR adherence
- Contribute to brand planning, marketing activities, and business expansion initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on commercial excellence best practices
About you
You are a commercially minded, analytical professional with strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in roles such as Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Market Analytics, Marketing, or KAM
- Strong expertise in data analytics, insights generation, and forecasting
- Advanced Power BI skills and experience working with data visualisation tools
- Solid understanding of sales force effectiveness, segmentation, and targeting principles
- Experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
- Fluent in English is essential (written and spoken), fluence in Dutch is highly desirable
- Must be able to work onsite in Delft 4 days per week
- Right to live and work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship available)
