- Own day-to-day resource management activities, including order validation, resource allocation, partner coordination, and operational support.
- Ensure project data is accurate and reliable to support business planning and decision-making.
- Support system administration and continuously improve the effectiveness of resource management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless operational support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and inefficiencies, and support initiatives that improve quality, speed, and scalability.
- Simplify workflows through automation, standardization, and practical process enhancements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that enable consistent execution across global teams.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to embed best practices and support change adoption.
- Monitor operational risks, process compliance, and quality standards, taking ownership of issues before they become business problems.
- Ensure processes and documentation remain audit-ready and aligned with global standards.
- Support quality reviews and governance initiatives while driving continuous improvements that reduce operational risk.
- Provide practical recommendations based on data, trends, and operational insights.
- 3–6 years of experience in Resource Management, Business Operations, Project Operations, or a similar operational role.
- Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in improving processes, implementing operational changes, or driving standardization initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect operational details to business outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and global stakeholders.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Confidence working across teams and influencing without direct authority.
- High attention to detail while maintaining a practical, business-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with data, documentation, and operational systems.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query and dashboard development to support operational reporting and business analysis.
- Experience building reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, EasyBI, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Upland Tenrox, JIRA, Salesforce, or resource management platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, RPA) or AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
- Deliver operational improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain accurate and reliable resource operations that stakeholders can trust.
- Support scalable processes that are easy to understand, adopt, and sustain.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Be recognized as a dependable partner who brings clarity, structure, and practical solutions to stakeholder.
