Global Tax Manager – M&A & Expansion

A multinational organization in the Leiden area seeks an ambitious Tax Manager to support their expanding international footprint. This role focuses on corporate income tax advisory and management across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day tax advice, supporting (re) structuring and M&A activities, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Tax Law or Economics, 3–6 years of experience in a related field, and strong analytical skills.

English fluency is required, with Dutch being a plus.
