Valk Exclusief zoekt Executive Chef voor Van der Valk Leiden – Oegstgeest. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige keuken, leidt een team van circa 50 medewerkers en stuurt dagelijks operaties aan van ontbijt tot diner.
Je ontwikkelt menukaarten en event-concepten voor banqueting binnen een high-volume/hotellocatie, en draagt bij aan de keukenstructuur en culinaire identiteit in aanloop naar opening eind 2027.
