Hecht is op zoek naar een ervaren Salarisadministrateur die verantwoordelijk is voor de salarisverwerking van ongeveer 1400 medewerkers. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met HR en Finance om ervoor te zorgen dat de salarisadministratie correct en tijdig wordt afgehandeld.
Je draagt zorg voor de advisering binnen jouw vakgebied en helpt bij het optimaliseren van relevante processen. De functie biedt de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken en hebt recht op een aantrekkelijk salaris met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
