Community Builder – Biotech, Pharma & Medical Devices

• Engage & expand the network: build and nurture relationships with professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers in biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Promote the job board: act as an ambassador, raising awareness about our platform through social media, events, and industry forums.
• Connect talent & companies: facilitate connections between job seekers and hiring companies, helping bridge industry gaps.
• Collaborate with experts: work with a team of professionals to enhance the platform’s visibility and credibility.
• Provide industry insights: stay updated on trends in HR, recruitment, and the life sciences industry to improve community engagement.

• HR, recruitment, or networking experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or medical devices.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A desire to volunteer and contribute to the community.
• A natural ability to connect people and create opportunities.
• Experience using Linked In and other professional networking platforms.
• A strategic mindset to help grow and engage the community.
