Luba is op zoek naar een teamleider backoffice die dagelijks leiding geeft aan een team van 12 collega’s. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, efficiëntie en uitvoering van backofficeprocessen voor 40 vestigingen, en stuurt op verbeteringen met focus op digitalisering en AI-ondersteuning.
Je rapporteert aan de manager backoffice en werkt intensief samen met district- en vestigingsmanagers om continu te verbeteren en slimmer te werken. Ervaring in de uitzendbranche is een must.
