KBenP zoekt een hands-on HR-projectleider voor de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering in Leiden. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de teamleider HR en voert onderdelen uit van HR in Control, met aandacht voor RI&E, MWO en de AFAS-inrichting.
Je bent vanaf dag één inzetbaar en beheerst het opstellen van beleidsstukken en de CAO SGO. Drie dagen per week werk je samen met collega’s aan projecten voor een optimaal resultaat.
