About the Opportunity
Grandma's Soup Cooking Days bring together young volunteers and elderly participants in a fun, interactive setting where board games and soup cooking are combined to combat loneliness and reduce food waste.
Volunteer Responsibilities- Prepare and cook soup dishes together with elderly participants.
- Facilitate board‑game sessions and engage in conversation to keep the elderly company.
- Assist with setting up the cooking area and clean up after activities.
- Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all participants.
