You are responsible for Sales and Business Development across European & International markets. Formulation & implementation of sales & business development strategies in the markets / channels of focus, you will also need to create the short-term, medium & long-term sales strategies and be responsible for the execution of the same.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable to develop business in assigned territories in European & International markets for branded luxury goods including perfumes, cosmetics and Haircare products in the wholesale segment.

Map the markets for identifying potential customers and build a robust Sales Platform and customer base.

Build sustainable relationship with customers to achieve long term sales growth.

Co-ordinate with extended teams to ensure supply and shipments to customers

Payment Collection as per company terms and policies

Regular travel to meet and develop customers and assess markets / prospects

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Key Requirements

Suitable Educational Qualification with good drive.

Strong sales experience for 2 to 5, preferably in the beauty products industry working with the wholesale / discounting / value-retail channels, including new business development

Good knowledge of the distribution network channels of premium consumer goods, preferably in beauty industry

Willing to travel as required

Self-motivated and Positive Team player

Good computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, PowerBI, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations.
