As a sales representative Italy, you are the point of contact for Italian customers within a wholesaler in promotional products. You work full-time, 40 hours a week, on fixed working days. You start your working day by reviewing outstanding customer inquiries and new orders. Next, you maintain contact with Italian customers by phone and email, advise them on products, and proactively think along about suitable solutions. You work together with colleagues from other departments to prepare quotations and process orders. During the day, you closely monitor the progress of ongoing requests and deliveries, so your customers are always promptly and correctly informed.
