CSCS Multi Skilled Operative - Long-Term Sizewell C Opportunity (Ipswich Area)

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting experienced CSCS Multi Skilled Operatives to support construction activities on the Sizewell C Project in the Ipswich area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects, providing flexible, hands‑on support across a major construction site. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will undertake a variety of tasks including general groundworks, concrete finishing, assisting specialist trades, site maintenance duties, and supporting the safe and efficient delivery of works across the project.

Please note:

This is not a Park & Ride site, meaning operatives will be able to drive directly to site.

The Sizewell C Project is a new nuclear power station being developed on the Suffolk coast and is one of the UK's largest infrastructure and clean energy projects. Once completed, it will provide low‑carbon electricity to millions of homes while creating thousands of jobs and supporting economic growth across the region.

• Carry out a wide range of construction and site support duties
• Assist with general groundworks and civils activities
• Support concrete works including finishing and curing activities
• Assist plant operators, engineers, and specialist trades as required
• Carry out manual handling and labouring duties safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across work areas
• Follow site drawings, instructions, and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Participate in daily briefings and toolbox talks
• Report hazards, defects, and safety concerns promptly
• Support the delivery of works to programme and quality standards
• Work collaboratively as part of a large construction team

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience working on construction, civils, infrastructure, energy, highways, rail, or major projects
• Experience carrying out a variety of site-based tasks and labouring duties
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
• Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Safety Critical Medical (desirable or willingness to undertake)
• Right to work in the UK

• £20.47 per hour (PAYE)
