rba is looking for an Academic Coach for Grades 4-8 ELA/Latin/History for the school year, serving schools in Southport and Wilmington. The ideal candidate has a strong educational background, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. This role involves delivering training, supervising Coaches-in-Training, and supporting curriculum development.
The position is part of an 11-month RBA contract, where the Academic Coach reports to the Dean, and is expected to improve instructional methods and ensure all students learn effectively.
