Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr (Based on skills and experience)

• Read landscape plans and layout/install landscapes according to plan.
• Engage with customers and ensure satisfaction with final product.
• Direct, oversee, and participate in work performed by team; perform any task required.
• Ensure production and project schedule deadlines are met without compromising customer service or quality; organize jobs for timely and on-budget completion.
• Train new crew members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sites and equipment; perform inventory checks and equipment inspections; notify management of required repairs.
• Complete all necessary paperwork including time sheets, work orders, change orders, equipment logs, and audit checklists.

• 2-year minimum experience in a foreman position.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Self‑motivated with strong leadership skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Proactive, able to plan ahead and problem‑solve to minimize disruptions, errors, and risks while keeping projects on task, within budget and on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; competent reading and writing skills.
• Horticulture or landscape background plus knowledge of irrigation systems, drainage, and standard construction.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• High School diploma or GED; basic math skills.

• Operate mechanical equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and dingo utility loaders.
• Proficient in LMN.
• Fluency in Spanish/English.

Work site conditions may include noise, dust, equipment exhaust, hazardous materials, outdoor weather conditions. Position requires protective clothing and strenuous physical work, including heavy lifting, pushing or pulling heavy objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
