Job SummaryMoore Medical Group is seeking a family nurse practitioner to join our team to provide medical management to patients in an acute behavioral care setting with a supervising physician. The FNP will provide treatment and diagnosis in the form of History & Physicals, consults, and follow-up care, working with other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care to optimize patient outcomes.

- Provide treatment and diagnosis through History & Physicals, consults, and follow-up care.
- Work with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Function independently to maintain clinical and professional competency for patients aged adolescent through geriatrics and special needs/health conditions.
- Promote a safe environment and perform all job functions safely.
- Operate under the general supervision of the supervising physician and the Clinical Director as appropriate.
- Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program with training across all age ranges.
- Florida nursing license recognized by the NCSBN as an Advanced Practice Nurse (master’s in nursing required).
- Graduate of a program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the AMA and certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants; licensed in North Carolina (for Physician Assistants).
- North Carolina license/certification required.
- Master’s degree (Required).
- Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant experience: 1 year preferred.
- Malpractice provided for Part-Time/PRN providers.
