• One-on-one care:
  Build meaningful relationships with clients.

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
• Support mobility and transfers safely.
• Provide meal planning, preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional engagement to prevent isolation.
• Remind clients to take self-administered medications.
• Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or home conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure client confidentiality.
• NA1 caregivers: may perform additional nursing tasks under RN supervision (catheter care, special procedures, etc., per NC Board of Nursing).

• Current CNA certification listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work two weekends per month as needed.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
