Job Title:Residential Warranty Plumber
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Residential Warranty Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in new construction residential settings.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in using hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Duties- Maintain plumbing systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and initiate repairs.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper plumbing post new construction projects.
- Utilize carpentry skills to assemble and disassemble structures for plumbing access.
- Run emergency field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems.
- Remove and replace plumbing fixtures.
- MUST PASS 10 PANEL DRUG SCREEN
- MUST HAVE CLEAN MVR
- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential settings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment common in the plumbing trade.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Clean Background.
- Share week and weekend “On Call” schedule with other team members.
- Weekly pay on Thursday’s
- Company Truck
