Je brengt structuur aan, coacht collega’s en zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt actief aan optimalisatie van AFAS en HR-processen, en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan medewerkers.
