Doel van de functie Werkstudent Recruitment:
Als Werkstudent Recruitment ondersteun je ons team bij het vinden en verbinden van talent. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het uitbreiden van ons netwerk en helpt ons om de juiste kandidaten te vinden voor onze vacatures en toekomstige mogelijkheden.
Je ontdekt nieuwe talenten, legt contacten bouwt mee aan een waardevol netwerk van kandidaten.
Werkzaamheden:- Het actief zoeken naar interessante kandidaten via onze eigen database, Linked In en andere recruitmentkanalen
- Het beoordelen van profielen en interessante kandidaten voorstellen aan onze consultants of zelf benaderen
- Het opbouwen, uitbreiden en onderhouden van onze talentpools
- Het ondersteunen bij het schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatureteksten
- Het ondersteunen van onze consultants en backoffice collega's
- Het ondersteunen van ons social media team
