Job Overview:
High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and six dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St.
Louis, MO region.

Key Responsibilities:- Work indoors, outdoors, and in the greenhouse
- Greenhouse environment temperatures can get upwards of 90-95 degrees with high humidity
- Perform plant and facility maintenance
- Transplant seedlings
Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements for plant care, harvesting, curing, and trimming.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25–35 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally (team-lift available).
- Work in greenhouse environments reaching 90–95°F with high humidity, as well as indoor/outdoor areas.
- Exposure to soil/media, plant material, odors, and standard cultivation chemicals/PPE.
- Requires manual dexterity and visual ability to inspect plants and perform precision tasks.
