Position Title: Concrete Detailer

The Concrete Detailer plays a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, focusing on the development of 3D models of concrete structures. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including MEP contractors, to ensure that all necessary details are addressed before construction begins. Candidates will engage in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and must possess a strong understanding of structural concrete. The role is office-based, emphasizing the importance of software skills, particularly in 3D modeling.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE

Concrete Detailer Responsibilities:

• Participate in Building Information Modeling to create 3D models of concrete structures
• Coordinate with MEP contractors to resolve issues before construction
• Generate Requests for Information (RFIs) based on drawing analysis
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Field Layout, and Superintendents during project execution
• Utilize Autodesk Build software for detailed modeling

Concrete Detailer Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with structural concrete
• Proficiency in Rivet and CAD software
• Experience in formwork detailing is a valuable asset
• 9+ years of experience with structural concrete is preferred
• A degree in civil engineering or a construction-related field is preferred
