This is a 13-week contract position.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Nurse with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Net Health (Rehab Optima). A current California nursing license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current and active California nursing license.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Net Health (Rehab Optima) is advantageous.
