Onsite EAP Clinician; Licensed Counselor​/Social Worker

Overview

Cura Linc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services in the Lemont, IL area. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (8 hours a week). The Onsite EAP Clinician provides short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees and may participate in additional company-related activities as requested.

• Provides short-term, solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person and via video/telephonic)
• Leads topical and support groups for employees
• Conducts employee and supervisor EAP training and orientation sessions
• Provides management consultations
• Provides on-site critical incident response
• Participates in health fairs, open enrollment, and health promotion activities
• Promotes the program and ensures program satisfaction

• Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
• Post-graduate clinical experience
• Current independent state license to practice
• Current malpractice insurance
• Fundamental understanding of MS Office
• Experience in work-related issues
• EAP experience preferred
• Experience in trauma
• CEAP a plus
