Job Description # Site Operations Manager
* Manage daily operations of onsite support teams, including Service Desk and Desktop Support.
* Ensure adherence to safety, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with Argonne or Fermilab service owners for incident resolution and project support.
* Oversee resource scheduling, training compliance, and inventory management.
* Serve as primary point of contact for onsite escalations and VIP support
* 7+ years in IT operations or technical support leadership.
* Strong understanding of desktop, AV/VTC, and networking environments.
* Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
* ITIL Foundation certification (minimum).
* Microsoft 365 Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
* Experience managing operations in a high-security or research environment.
