We are seeking dedicated Restorative Nurses to coordinate and supervise restorative programs while ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local regulations
. This role is critical in maintaining residents' functional abilities and promoting person-centered restorative care

• Completion of a recognized Restorative Nursing Program or willingness to complete
• Active Nursing License (RN or LPN) as required by the state
• Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
• Current BCLS certification
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and oversee restorative programs to meet residents’ needs

• Develop restorative services with a person-centered care approach
• Coordinate and supervise restorative programs to enhance residents’ mobility and function
• Conduct restorative assessments to determine program eligibility and effectiveness
• Complete MDS assessments related to restorative care
• Create individualized restorative care plans for residents
• Coordinate schedules and programs in collaboration with therapists
• Educate and communicate restorative program goals to the nursing team
• Oversee and schedule restorative interventions based on resident needs
• Review fall assessments, reports, interventions, and care plans to enhance resident safety
• Review bowel and bladder assessments and implement appropriate interventions and care planning
