Job Description # Lab Technician
* Prepare laboratory spaces by relocating equipment and installing infrastructure (ventilation, electrical power up to 480V, water supply).
* Operate experimental processes in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Monitor experiments, record data, and assist with data analysis and technical reporting.
* Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure operational readiness.
* Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
* Collaborate with research and development teams to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
* 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or research laboratory setting.
* Experience working with a variety of materials and laboratory processes.
* Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and procedures.
* Ability to assemble and connect mechanical, ventilation, and electrical systems (≤480V).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and technical writing abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Physically capable of moving equipment and performing hands-on tasks.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
