• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
• Engage in lead generation for a minimum of 10 hours each week
• Join weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Participate in team activities as per team standards
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
