Sales Counselor

Full-time position.

• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Support families during bereavement with compassion and professionalism.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM/lead management system.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Availability for some holidays, evenings, and weekends.

• Training Pay: $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
• Estimated first‑year earnings (including commission): $35,000 – $50,000.
• Uncapped commission and earnings.
