Job Title
Job Description
You will operate and maintain several potable water systems which require both non filtration and filtration processes to change the taste, odor, physical, chemical, or bacteriological content of the water.
You will introduce chemical agents into the water systems to keep the water up to acceptable quality standards and maintain necessary records in the accordance with approved methods and procedures.
You will perform chlorination disinfection on new and repaired water systems.
You will perform routine maintenance, such as lubricating, making operating adjustments, and cleaning and painting the equipment.
You will perform water quality analysis for chlorine, ammonia, pH (the measure of the acidity or basicity) hardness, alkalinity, turbidity, conductivity, and taste and order, and performs other test required.
