Installation Energy Manager

Duties

You will provide leadership, program management, and advice to the Installation Commanding Officer, Public Works Officer (PWQ), Facility Managers and Building Energy Monitors, and others concerning the Energy Program.

You will have thorough knowledge of the energy mandates, programs, and processes essential to managing the energy program, seeking resources, addressing installation requirements and problems.

You will have knowledge of contracting laws and policies, including techniques of contracting operations.

You will have knowledge of procedures of department contracting requirements along with administrative laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to the administration of the energy program.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to inform and influence diverse audiences including senior civilian and military decision makers.
