Summary:

• At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role
  - Processing L2 - Group Leader
  Rate is$34.20 (Break in rates and $0.75 cents differential pay from 6PM - 5:59AM applies).The Group Leader is responsible for proactively overseeing, directing and supporting team members, processes and functions in the Processing Department.

• At all times, operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures.
• Responsible for providing direction for the crew and equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Document any operational change during production and anything out of the ordinary, in the comment section of MES as well as any required data into the MES system.
• Make necessary adjustments to achieve customer specifications.
• Organize and direct rework assignments.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and/or stoppages.
• Monitor all QLC additives.
• Coordinate action plans in dealing with extraneous issues in all instances.
• Insure the box code is correct.
• Direct ribbon add-back conforming with requirements.
• Enforce safety and set the example for safety.
• Adhere to all Company and regulatory GMPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Knowledge of sanitary GMPs.
• Physical requirements to perform job as defined in the essential job function.
• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions.
• Computer literacy.
