Job DetailsExperience level:
Mid Level
Salary: $35–$42 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
- Pay: $35–$42/hr DOE + Overtime
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Diagnose issues involving motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and controls
- Support fabrication projects using welding and machining equipment
- Work with PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and conveyors
- MIG and Stick welding experience
- PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
