Salary: $35–$42 per hour

• Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
• Pay: $35–$42/hr DOE + Overtime

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Diagnose issues involving motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and controls
• Support fabrication projects using welding and machining equipment
• Work with PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and conveyors
• MIG and Stick welding experience
• PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
