Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Acute care facility experience (preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC (required)
• ACLS certification from AHA or ARC (required)
• PALS certification from AHA or ARC (required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, supervise, and deliver high-quality care for surgical patients in the operating room
• Collect and assess comprehensive patient data, prioritize needs, and establish care plans
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support teams
• Provide education to patients, families, and team members, supporting safe and effective care
• Participate actively in discharge planning for continuity and patient success
• Delegate and oversee duties appropriately within the care team
