Registered Nurse - OB​/GYN

Overview

ERP International is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in support of the OB/GYN Clinic at the Naval Health Clinic Lemoore, CA
.

This role offers pay $55/hr to $68.50/hr based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. No weekends, no holidays, no on‑call or backup duties.

• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
• Perform physical examinations and obtain health histories.
• Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other individualized interventions.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
• Assign patient care based on scope of practice and skill level of personnel.
• Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Communicate and collaborate with diverse team members, patients, and families.
• Schedule referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
• Perform nursing services defined in the TO.
• Conduct research to support improved practice and patient outcomes.

• Education:
  
  BSN
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year OB/GYN experience within the past 3 years
• License:
  Active, unrestricted RN license
• Board Certification: N/A
• Life Support: BLS & ACLS
• Must pass mandatory Government background check and obtain mandatory Government security clearance.
