Compensation:
Earn between $15.00-$22.00 an hour including commissions, bonuses, Spiffs and a 401K!

We are rapidly growing in both SoCal and surrounding areas across the country, including Central California, San Diego, Imperial County, Arizona and beyond. • Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by warmly engaging with customers to fully understand their needs.
• Expertly guide our customers through the transaction process in a professional manner that allows you to build strong relationships.
• Attain and exceed sales goals by properly using your AT&T sales training on the showroom with customers, executing our outbound sales activities and mastering AT&T promotions.
• Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom.
• Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Representative.

• Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary-AT&T experience highly desirable
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
• Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
• Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
