Position: SUPPLY TECHNICIAN with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of the Carcass Tracking File (CTF).
* You will review method changes, policies, and procedures as they are incorporated and provide status updates.
* You will resolve problems and provide advice when dealing with the disposition of all repairable components associated with carcass tracking matters.
* You will attend conferences with personnel from supply and Comptroller Departments, and higher echelon commands to discuss carcass tracking processes and current statuses of funding constraints.
* You will coordinate and prepare management statistical reports to provide information regarding the process of CTF reconciliations and accountability of assets weekly.
* You will plan and organize workload requirements while developing and maintaining methods and procedures to accurately implement program changes.
* You will provide administrative, technical, and operational advice to customers. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

* You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
One full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled; OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
