Armed Guard

Join the American National Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces team supporting service members, veterans, and their families. In this role, you deliver emergency communication messages, connect clients to vital resources, and coordinate with military commands and community partners. You'll manage cases, support outreach and briefings on installations, and assist in disaster response affecting military communities. Responsibilities

• Provide emergency communication and support services to service members, veterans, and their families
• Coordinate with military commands, VA, and community partners to deliver Red Cross services on and off installations
• Conduct client intake, case documentation, and referrals to appropriate resources
• Support outreach events, briefings, and trainings for military communities
• Assist in disaster response activities impacting military families
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to deliver consistent, mission-driven service
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with Red Cross standards
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and humanitarian values in all interactions
