Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $56,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Capture required data and maintain invoice error queues
• Input invoices in the ERP system for approval and posting
• Manage AP reporting and respond to inquiries professionally
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency with Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
• Experience with large accounting software (e.g., Sage, Black Line)
• Experience in enterprise-level companies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Background in construction industry
