Want a steady 8–5 role where you can learn accounting basics, build your Excel skills, and be part of a supportive team? This entry-level Accounting Clerk opportunity is ideal for someone who’s accurate, curious, and ready to roll with changes while the team improves processes
Duties- Run and process payments accurately
- Research invoice/payment discrepancies and resolve issues
- Issue refunds and document transactions properly
- Partner with Customer Service and Sales (including the Florida team) to support billing needs
- 6+ months of related clerical/accounting experience (degree not required)
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numbers
- Accurate, patient, and able to adapt to change (“roll with the punches”)
- Team-oriented with initiative to learn and cross-train
Pay: $19-$21 hourly
