Bookkeeper

Remote - Must be US Based - Preference of ET or CT time zone

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, records, and reports. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping and experience with Net Suite, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record all financial transactions accurately
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process payroll and ensure compliance
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Must have prior experience utilizing Net Suite for reporting
• Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution environment is a hug plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
