Monday - Friday. Requirement:
In office. Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

The Accounting Associate will uphold the vision of the Financial Division to ensure service-oriented customer relationship management and efficient financial operations.

• Balancing daily and month-end accounts receivable to general ledger balances
• Investigating outstanding invoices, making collection calls, negotiating payment terms, and processing liens for collections
• Entering data into accounts receivable general ledger accounts
• Assisting the financial department with various administrative tasks
• Performing other duties as assigned
• In charge of the weekly closing process
• Reconciling warehouse inventory
• Verifying cash deposits
• Working with Regional Controllers and Accountants to research and resolve ledger discrepancies
• Maintaining books and making corrective journal entries
• Acting as liaison between Field Operations & Accounting, banks, and third‑party banking vendors

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1‑3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, or equivalent education with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Quick Books
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication skills, data‑entry skills, and math skills
