Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas and help strengthen the financial operations of a growing organization. This role offers broad exposure across core accounting activities, including reporting, close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong GAAP accounting knowledge, a careful eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with inventory accounting and periodic counts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Prepare audit support documentation
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Support accounting system optimization
• Assist with accounts payable and other ad hoc projects
