Job Description

Procurement Coordinators are responsible for supporting the various supply purchases needed for the stores. This position makes sure that the materials and supplies that the stores acquire meet the Rally House specifications. Procurement Coordinators foster positive relationships with leaders to support the needs of the business through cost-efficiency, quality, and timeliness.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement workflow, reviewing, approving and tracking orders
  • Partner with accounting to achieve appropriate and timely remittance to vendors
  • Knowledgeable of various vendors and their supplies
  • Monitor inventory and communicate reorder needs to leaders
  • Build relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors to support emerging business needs
  • Coordinate products/supplies with project management to ensure that schedule and cost requirements are being fulfilled
  • Source supplies and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective services
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Supply;
    Management or equivalent experience
  • Data entry
  • Database management
  • Reporting and compliance

Work is typically performed in an office but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace.

Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items up to 25 lbs, and to walk short distances.

$23.00 - $28.00 Hourly
