Construction Job File Coordinator
The Construction Job File Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer and internal team members to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor job file status, monitor job file audit status maintain job file WIPs, monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
- Review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination, perform job file backup.
- Maintain internal communications, maintain external communications, prepare job file reports.
- Complete and review job file documentation for final upload, complete job file audit process, perform job close-out.
- Track and maintain subcontractor and purchase order documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers for project updates, progress and billing.
- Participate in the administrative on-call rotation.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma/GED is required.
- Minimum of two years of business experience.
- Minimum of one year of construction industry experience.
- Experience in job file processing and estimating.
- Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position may require longer hours and potential for travel depending upon business needs. Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
