Wachter is currently seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to contribute to the day-to-day functions of the Physical Security Service Team in our Lenexa, KS office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with 1-2 years of relevant experience. This position is Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

• Bachelor’s Degree; relative work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction industry experience preferred, but not required.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of company and individual licensing nationwide.
• Research and apply for new and current company and individual licensing.
• Manage continuing education requirements.
• Monitor jurisdiction specific code and regulatory changes to ensure company is in compliance.
• Coordinate internally to ENSURE licensing requirements are being met by scope of work.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.

$20 - $25 an hour
